Spungy Brake?

Hello. 2000 TL. Needed brakes and the rotors were a little warped and the pedal was spongy, to me (I have an 05 TL). I replaced the rotors and pads with Napa stuff and bled the system and the pedal is still spungy. When depressed, the pedal goes down at least an inch and a half and does not feel solid like my 05. Is this normal or does it sound like a weak master cylinder? Anyone else have this issue? Thanks for the tips!!!

Thanks gold. I got the NAPA premium rotors and Adaptive One ceramic pads. Bleeding was with wife pumping the pedal (pump and hold) and me bleeding starting at right rear, then left rear, then right front then left front. Used DOT 4 fluid. Sucked out the fluid in the master before filling and bleeding.

Any other bleeding techniques better? Thanks again!

Thanks all!!! Rebled using correct sequence, and brakes are now solid. Thanks again, great info here.

Driver heated seat issue is next.
