I checked the VSS and it seems to be plugged in fine...The hand on the speedometer fluctuates back and forth...I tried to remove the cluster but i dont wanna break the panels..How do I remove it so I can fix this problem

 

what makes you think removing the cluster is going to fix the problem?

Do you have a check engine light?

 

No check engine light...I figure id do some exploring and see is theres a problem with the cluster. Someone on this forum had a similar problem and he saw that something had fallen out behind the cluster....
