Skid mark on car

I noticed today on my car the rear passenger's side bumper has some white skid marks like someone brushed their car against it...but it was on the lower corner, almost looks like someone kicked it, but the mark is kinda hard when I tried to scrape it off. The marks are whitish.

What's the best way to get rid of them?

get you a mothers powerball for your drill and some turtle wax rubbing compound. It will take almost anything off.

THIS IS NOT MY CAR....but this is what it looks like....

Sorry I dont have a digicam.

It's on the vinyl bumper, not on the metal....it appears to just be paint from the other car....doesnt seem to be any damage to my car's paint.

alright, I'll go buy it. It's like someone took chalk and drew on it...you can scrape it off but it's not clean that way so just need something that can wipe it all off heh.

Its clear coat scrub. It should buff out pretty easy. Wax it afterwards.
