Should I be concerned with my 03 TL-S trany?

Hi there guys, wondering if I should be concerned with my transmission. It seems to be slipping in the 4th and 5th gear. When I am accelerating, for example from 50 MPH, and my car is in the 5th gear, the rpm seems to rise to almost 3000RPM without downshifting, and stays at around 3000 rpm untill I reach like 75mph to 80mph, then it the rpm gradually lowers untill it matches the rpm that is supposed to be at the given speeds.
If I accelerate aggresivly, like flooring it, there is no slippage noticed. Soo, wondering if that is normal or not. Same goes for the 4th gears, I can be cruising at 1500 rpm, and when I accerate moderatly, not per say, floor it, rpm is high at 3000, without downshift, and does the same thing like described for the 5th gear.
