Shock Question

Question:

Would the shocks from a 2003 TL-S work with my 99 TL w/o any mods? Also, would there be any difference in the ride over OEM shocks?

same car. same shocks, same suspension... i'm begigning to suspect that the 3g TL also has the same suspension and even rear breaks
