Shaky tl 2g
new to this vehicle, lots of ?s. foremost is a shaky idle. rather severe, more so in gear. warm idle between 500 to 700. otherwise runs smooth.
A Z code check gave me EGR/P0401, O2 SEN/PO131, & CAT. below threshhold/PO420. Have already replaced coil packs, plugs.
Will one of these alone, or combined, cause this much shudder?

your problem is a clogged egr passage and ports system inside the intake manifold
very common problem, easy DIY needed every 75kmiles..see `thermoblock install and egr cleaning`
diy list link is 3rd item down the master gen2 list
While you have it apart service the IACV on bottem of TB--idle air control
See the many threads on engine rough or shake
did it have multi cyl misfire codes so you replaced all 6 coils?
did you reset the ecu after coil install?
neg batt cable remove,, or pull CLOCK fuse on passenger end of dash for a minute = forces reset and relearn
and the plugs, correct ngk irid or plats? 8 bucks each?
