what is the best procedure to remove scratches of the headlights. I have a acura tl 03 and it has some minor scratches which I would like to remove because it looks terrible. If any of you's tried it or know how to remove it then please let me know. I dont have a buffer so I'm eliminating that item from my method.

 

you could wet sand with high grit paper or try a scratchX type product that removes scratches from plastic. i used meguires scratchX to get mine clear again....
