brake lights and head lights work but the running blinkers and tail lights don't

 

I'd start with checking the fuses. All the boxes have labels on the lids of which fuse does what, so use that for reference. You've got a fuse box on the left of the drivers-side dashboard, and on the right of the passenger-side. Plus another in the engine bay - not sure off the top of my head which one holds the fuses for those.
