Rt Hand drive Din Unit kit?

Can anyone help out?
I Live in Hong Kong and I have a Rt hand drive 2002 3.2 TLS
Does anyone knows if such a thing as a Rt hand drive Metra kit for a DIN unit is avaliable anywhere?

If u notice closely, the slope of the sides of the stereo panel are different comparing the left to the right.
