RPM pulsating on Parking and Neutral

Hi guys, I have a 2000 Acura TL, i accidentally drove my car into flooded street and it stalled. I pushed it out of the water and waited for 3-5 minutes. It started after that. There was no water into exhaust pipes. Now the car is working fine on gears but in parking and neutral gears the RPMs are pulsating between 1000 and 2000 on its own. any thoughts??

Clean or replace the idle air control valve (IACV) on the throttle body.

Do a search, it's been discussed a lot.

if water came out the exhaust that would be dead motor!!

buy gasket for TB to manifold at parts store or dealer
remove the throttle body- on bottem of assembly there is a round cover with 2 screws- remove and remove the part under it- clean all - reassemble

^ I would just take the whole upper intake manifold off and clean the EGR ports at the same time, that way when its off you can flip it upside down and take off the IACV without having to take off the TB and dont have to replace the TB gasket.
