I have a 2000 acura 3.2 TL & my rpm meter constantly goes up and down just when park. what the problem with that??

 

Possibly clogged EGR passages in the intake manifold or the use of gas less than 91 octane. At least that's what affected my 2001 CL Type S.

 

your Idle Air Control Valve is probably dirty which makes it stick, that or a vacuum leak, but the IAC is more likely unless you recently had some of the engine apart. It's one of the black things on the throttle body. You can try cleaning it with carb cleaner, or just get a new one.
