Rough starts

When I start my 2003 TL in the morning it idles rough. I also have been noticing that it has been idling a little rough at times. It only has 46k miles on it. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be?

plugs? idle too low? one of the sensors? Do you ever get a check engine light??

Slightly rough (very slightly) idle on a cold start is a normal characteristic and has to do with emissions.

The only thing I noticed around a "check engine light" was that it flashes when the car starts.

you mean the "maintance required" light? the check engine shouldnt flash when the car starts

check your air filter first. then if no CEL it could be your IAC valve or EGR valve. if those are not working at 100% the CEL will not necessarily come on.

wut he said... last time my accord ran crappy in the morning it was supposedly my IAC=Idle Air Controller but, it went away on its own after awhile
