Replacing Wheel bearings help

has anybody tried to replace a wheel bearing before? Im kinda stuck cant seem to get the bearing out from the hub. I have the service manual and it shows I need a special tool but I remember it could be done without it. I think I might be doing something wrong.

You NEED to press the front bearing out. It can be done without the special tool but still needs to be pressed out.

If its bad take it to a machine shop -possibly napa has one-
or an auto shop with a press,, if you can still find one!

better to spends few dollars now than destroy the surface and new bearing

dude just did it this weekend it is way less complicated than i had expected i didnt have to use an air tool for the axle nut just a breaker bar (24in) everything else was pretty straight foward the only thing i had trouble with was the two screws holding the disc to the hub i drilled those out other than that super easy..Tip make sure you find a shop that has a press not all shops do..
