replacing coolant
Its time to replace the water pump timing belt and its tensioner along with your coolant at 105k miles- its the 1st major service for the TL and should get spark plugs now too.
expect $800 or so for everything at private shop.
But if you're a thrillseeker and just want to change the coolant alone
Use honda 50/50 premix or a brand approved for honda if you want to.
key on- heater control to max- turn key off
normal drain plug bottem of radiator
hidden engine block drain on rear of block between cv and exhaust
Some years its a bolt others its a twist knob
Bleeding the air with heater on max- running till fan cycles- add more coolant- run till fan cycles- check coolant- close cap- drive- cool- check coolant- done

here is the free owners manual link- click year then model and wait for pdf file to open- mouse the hand over the index and click- it will have the complete directions on proper draining and refilling- burping-
including location of the engine block drain- thats important to open

may need to remove passenger side front wheel for easier access to block drain
You can use other coolants labeled APPROVED for ACURA
Others prefer to stick with the dealer stuff from honda dealer- figuring it kept a water pump alive this long- it must be good stuff.
If you have 100k miles it time to be changing that water pump and timing belt- so the coolant is replaced as part of that.
I replaced the coolant in my 01TL based on age before last winter.
Normally, over 5 years old, and regular coolant goes acidic -- thats bad for the aluminum radiator and engine parts~
Radiator looked great- sparkling clean- coolant looked good but I did not test
Make sure to use a 50/50 mix,
IMO if you make your own mix, use super filtered water to be safe--like one of the dispenser places or machines for a quarter a gallon- not tap water!
Its 1.7 gallons to fill
