Remove shift plate

Remove shift plate

Just a quick question, how do I properly remove the shift plate without damaging something?

I know I have the remove the little black cover on the outter shiftplate.

its just clipped on too. just pry from one side (i found it easiest to push it to the direction that i was lifting it from to give it a littel more play to lift up)

i kinda have a noobish question, but where do you get the bulb for the shift gate? i opened mine up and there isnt even a blub in there. i went to autozone but the guy told me they don't sell the bulbs. thanks.

The dealer. if you had the little wedge bulb you may be able to find it at radioshack. Id just run over to the dealer and ask for it.
