Mine has stopped working. The red light on the buttons lights up but dosn't open the doors or trunk. Are there any quick fixes for this or do I have to go to Acura?

 

Do you only have the one? or are both not working?

 

I have one but I searched and found how to reprogram it and it worked. It took a few trys. From what Ive read not to many have luck with the reprogram.

 

Those that havent had luck must have been doing it wrong or the wrong transponders. Ive reprogrammed 2 now and havent had any issues

so for i programmed 3 or remotes for my acura TL however i lost all of them except one. I am trying another one but it will not take it. i think i have reached the limit on how many remotes i can program for the car (4) is there a way to reset it so i can program my second remote. all the remotes have the same FCC number

 

I was looking at the instructions for programming the remotes. At the end it say to "aim the transmitter at the receiver". Where is the receiver located?
