I have this weird thing happening lately. Every time I go over a bump at medium speed the oil light and the red SRS light both come on flashing. When I restart the car they are gone for good.

Has anyone seen this?

 

if your oil light ever flashes

1. u better turn your car off
2. check your OIL ASAP!!!

 

Try to see if you have any code.

 

I checked the oil and the level is perfect, in terms of the codes can I check after or at the time it occurs. The reason being is that once I turn the engine off and start again i never see it again. Also the issue is very sporadic

 

You can check it after. All codes are stored until they are being erased by losing power or with code reader. I have heard about oil position sensor or could be oil pump, but better start off with the code.
