recommended spark plugs
NGK Iridium IX
because NGK Platinum were stock, and Iridium is the newer better metal
The gen3 cars now come with ngk iridium stock too~
Denso cost more and last fewer miles
Make sure the timing belt and water pump were done at 105k on your car, thats when the book calls for the plugs to be changed~
the belt and pump are very important to the life of the engine!
Many of us do plugs at 60k to keep max performance and mileage efforts

Thanks, thats what I purchased the ngk's. I have an appointment next week to change t.b.,w.p,belts,hoses,t- stat, plugs and tensioners. kind of scary though as I dont think the t.b. has ever been changed. any thing else you would recommend?
