I just did Skunk2 struts and springs and Blackworks LCAs on my Integra and have the same problem. Mine is mostly up front, but there is slight noise in the rear. Idk what the problem is..but yeah, its super annoying.

 

I'm having the same issue with my car, I had them for a little over a year and now my left rear and fornt right seem to. E clanking over small bumps. Its very annoying. I'm going to have my car guy play with the spring rate to see if it helps it out. Car was running fine and then after a year it started.

 

I tightened up the top hat nuts on all four coilovers and the noise has gone away. So after a yr they got pretty loose. just so advice to those having the same issue.
