My 02 TL rear window defroster is not working, anyone with info on how to proceed to fixed this, the wiring diagram and how to pull apart the dash to get to the button, any help will be greatly appreciated. The fuse is OK, and the button lights when I pushed it then turns itself off after about 10 min.

check to make sure that the rear plug is attached to the window.
