Rattle on front windows

I posted before they had this new problems&fixes thread but didn't get much help. My front windows always rattle at highway speeds (above 50mph) and it gets louder as I drive faster. The dealers are useless (couldn't find out whats wrong with it). Does anybody have any idea on how I can get this fixed?

It's most likely the rubber gasket around the window that is causing the problem. As I was getting the B-Pillars replaced I looked at the window gasket (rubber trim) and there was a tear in it, this was causing the window to rattle at higher speeds.

If you had your pillar repainted, I am guessing that the rubber gasket around the mirrors is the problem. As you travel, air tend to leak in.

*UPDATE* I have a feeling it might be either two things. I noticed this piece (see pictures below) was kind of loose when I touched it. Looked like the previous owner tooked apart the panels before.

Also there was this other piece behind the speaker that had a tear on it. That might be causing the rattles too. Anybody got any ideas what these parts are called?
