Radio Station dropping out

My stock Bose radio has just started dropping radio stations. It's happening on both AM and FM stations, and just in the past 2-3 days. Here's what it does: Say I have a push button set to 104.1FM. It's a local station. Suddenly, the tuner moves the FM station to 103.9FM or 104.3FM, and I get static for a few seconds. It will return back to 104.1 after 5-10 seconds. Really annoying. I can push the preset button for 104.1FM, and I'm back to clear music again, but this happens 6-7 times in my 20 minute commute.

There doesn't seem to be any external causes: happens on cold mornings (20*F) and warmer afternoons (55*F), clear skies or rainy. It will change whether the car is moving or it's stopped. No changes to the car, no metallic tint. I'm puzzled. Hope the tuner isn't going out. Any ideas?
