Radio is out. Possible Fuse?

I installed some blue led lights in my car, powered by the 12V ciggarette thing inside of the center console. I was driving after 5 minutes and my radio turns on and shows like its working but there is no sound at all. I was told maybe the fuse is linked together, anyone know if thats true and have a link to the fuse diagram or something? thanks guys

did you knock the power outlet loose?- that happens a lot and can short out- pop the fuse

did you ck the diy for LEDs and make sure whatever needed is installed?

I plugged it into the cigarette lighter inside the center console, the lights still work fine, radio functions normally just has no sound
