I'm assuming you have a 2gen TL because that's where you posted your question. If so it is almost certainly out of warranty due to time. If your tranny fails soon, depending on your year and miles and previous history with Acura dealer(s), you'll probably be on the hook for anywhere from 25% to 100% of the repair bill.

 

thats true the only thing if they decide to cover it for free you prob wont have a warrenty on it....

 

Too many variables to know.
