well few hours ago the alarm went off in the garage, stock alarm, i got a compustar aswell.

when i went down took a look and it showed on the compustar the trunk was open, so i took apart the lining and cleaned inside, and now, it still goes off...but with the stock fob, i can unlock/lock the car, alarm wont set and led doesnt blink,

in this thread, the poster said that u cant lock the car when the trunk is open. i was able too

can someone verify this for me with their tl plz? be4 i order the part..

 

I have a 99 TL and I can lock the car when the trunk is open.
