putting a fender on an '01 TL

Anyone ever put a fender on a 2001 TL? Any hints or DIY pics? Anything I should look out for?

Im not aware of any DIY here for it. I havent taken one off yet to know if the bumper has to come off or not. Fender liner will have to be removed, not sure if there is a bolt behind the headlight. If there is you will have to remove the bumper (5 min job)
