which product is better to clean the IAVC, INTAKE, TB and throttle body???....... carb cleaner or thottle body cleanner??... cuz i read a few pple cleaned it with carb cleaner...

They're pretty much the same. Carb cleaner is carb cleaner is carb cleaner.

Get whatever your local auto store has in stock to clean TB's.

what's the difference between carb cleaner and throttle body cleaner? chemical wise... should i use one rather than the other? or is one better than the other at cleaning certain things?

huh now im confused,, i thought i just take out iacv, intake , etc spray it down with carb cleaner and put it bak on.


so do i use seafoam before i clean the parts???

You can use Seafoam in the same way. Take the parts off and clean them with seafoam. You dont need to spray it to be able to clean it.

And Seafoam makes it in a spray called Deepcreep.

Seafoam Deepcreep (aersol can) or Amsoil Power Foam. Both are awesome products and really work well.

so yeah i just seafoamed my tl and everthing went as planned smoke and all but still stalled a few hour later. took off my iacv and open my intake and yoo i tell i neva seen something so dirty so because it got late i had to stop and will continue tomorow to clean iacv and intake with carb cleaner

but that seafoam stuff work real good, car ran strong,, its just cudnt clean up all that dirt in my engine so step 2 now but will use seafoam every 3 month after im done
