Problem with steeting wheel!

i drive 02tls. and it has about 180xxx km. now once in a while when i am taking turn , it makes squeaky noise from the steering wheel. not sure what i need to replace?

what's a streeting wheel???

just spray some silicone between thesteeting wheel and the steering column cover and it will more then likly get rid of the noise
