Where exactly is your leak ? What I meant was the o-ring located on the fitting of the high pressure hose when you unbolt it you will see the o-ring change it with a new one. The hose it self is pricey if thats whats leaking $104 in acuraoemparts. Pictures would be helpful maybe ill come back with one to point it out for you.

what i might do is take the car to the carwash .. change the o ring there .. then pressure wash the engine .. let it dry over night with a drip pan under the PS side .. refill fluid if needed.. and then see whats up from there ..

I have replaced the o-ring twice. Every time, after replacement, the noise went away for two weeks then it became noisy again. I am really baffled by this. If the bump is bad, then why the noise went away for 2 weeks. If it's not the pump, the o-ring can only last 2 weeks?

Have the samething going on with my powersteering pump right now... fun thing is I some how managed to break it while I was trying to tighten the bolt for the harmonic balancer. My best guess is that I managed to spin it backward (Which I can see no reason why this would cause a problem) and this managed to f it up. I know it wasn't the belt, since I never got the balancer off, the belt never changed.

Perhaps the pump is bad and eventually corrupts the o-ring in that period of time?

I would change out the pump after two new o-rings failing.
You've checked for leaks elsewhere too, right? I had a car with a PSP that leaked and it would become noisy when the fluid got low.

watch this video. perhaps there is nothing wrong with the pump. the noise could be from air in the fluid. you need to check O ring, and bleed it. the video is very helpful.

Is there anywhere to buy that O-Ring with cheap shipping? Every place I found it was a minimum of $10 shipping. Hard to justify paying that for a $0.46 part lol

For the power steering, There is a bolt that sticks upward. The plastic engine cover has a notch cutout of it for it. If you loosen the bolt the pump will drop giving the belt slack (you have to loosen the other 2 bolts that hold the pump (loosen, not remove) Once the belt is on tighten the nut and it will tighten the pump belt. The serpentine belt (the long continuous belt) you need to place a wrench on the tensioner and take the tension up to get the belt on it.
