Problem with the 12v outlet in front

I have a flexible dock for my ipod that i plug into the 12v outlet and it has been working for a while, but recently i noticed that it would fall to the side alot. So i took it out and I realized that the metal lining (i guess thats what you would call it, its the cylindrical thing inside of the outlet) is turning. I thought about maybe putting some sort of glue or epoxy around the edges of it to keep it from moving. It's nothing too serious, I would just like to use my ipod in the car again. Would anyone recommend glue or should I take it into the dealership or are there any other suggestions?

Any help is appreciated
