Power steering leak

I have a 2002 TL-S that is leaking fluid around area #6 and #7...does the entire steering rack need replaced or just the seal? Any estimation on cost and if this a diy?

when you dont flush the hydraulic fluid every 60kmiles crud builds up and eats the rack seals (brake fluid do more often)
Only option is get a rebuilt unit- ck with NAPA auto parts or rockauto.com for pricing

not too bad to change out- any decent shop can do it
Look in phonebook for small ad for private shop doing honda/acura as part of listed specialties,,then go visit a few shops and ask questions -
owner on site is good!

look for clean work areas and floor, techs with good attitude, not bitching constantly and smoking near your car while covered in grease
(my opinion as former tech and shop manager)
