Power steering combination return replacement

Need some advice on replacement of the power steering combination return pipe assembly located on the passenger side runing below the serpentine belt. Believe it or not my 2003 developed a leak in this hard line at a plastic clip towards the front. Now, I have dislocated the rubber hoses from the assembly and I can't figure out how to get the lines out. Can anyone shed some light? Should this have been done at a shop? It it a DIY project?
Please help, I need to get it back on the road. Thanks.
