New to the forum, but have been reading and learning a ton from lurking. I have recently decided to take on more difficult high mileage maintenance services and reaching out for advice. I have a 2000 Acura TL with 165,XXX on her. Currently leaking oil down the transmission. Looks clean from the top, but the back valve cover looks pretty suspect. I plan on doing valve cover gaskets, spark plug gaskets, clean EGR passages (recent EGR delete w/ constant CEL but idc tbh) and valve clearance (as there is some low chatter at idle), as well as crankshaft seal with timing belt at 195,XXX. ATF drain and fill 3x3 every 70K with external trans filter change, coolant flush every 50k since I have owned it at 96,XXX 3 years ago. Does anyone recommend any other services to get this 25 year old girl to 300k and another 10 years of life?
