Odometer light and the gear indicator light doesn't work?
I looked in the DIY section and couldn't find anything on this. Does anyone know where I can find something on this, like bulb sizes and where are these bulbs located. And or is it the bulbs that's causing this problem.

but anyways to get to them you have to pull apart the dash and get the insturement cluster out in order to exchange them out
also it's is a black man skate boarding in your avatar

have the same problem in my tl. its not the lights, switched two diff gauges and 2 diff sets of lights and leds. i think it has to be a ground somewhere. bc i know one of the clusters worked and them when i put it in my tl-s it didnt work, then worked when i put it back into my tl-p.

Thanks
If your bulbs in the affected area of the dash are good, the problem is a little circuit board which mounts to the back side of the gauge cluster. It powers the light behind the sport shift indicator and the backlighting for the odometer, out side temp, etc section of the instrument panel.
In the post above where it says "part #2", it is part #10 on that diagram

is the light for the needle indicator for the speedo lit by one of these replaceable bulbs on the backside of the instrument cluster or is it an led? mine's not working, all of the other needles light up and the gauges too, so I'm just curoius before i start taking evrything apart.

I saw that number but is this truely an Acura item only? I was wanting to get it at a local parts store and not the dealler, since there isn't one very close to me. So is there a general number like 1157 1057 as an example for tail lights.
unfortenely (sp?), not really, but you can also try taking that part number to a honda dealer, and see if they can get you one
