o2 sensor heater circuit problems
So a couple months ago i had a code come up (p0141) it is referred to as sensor 1 bank 2 heater circuit malfunction. BUT. after changing both up stream sensor and struggling with the down stream, but successfully changing both o2 sensors the code still comes up. EVEN AFTER disconnecting the battery and clearing the code. If anyone could help that would be great I need to get this car inspected and its taking to long to figure this problem out

Yeah, I'd probably try OEM. Since it's the heater circuit, and not an efficiency code like P0420, it's likely something electric rather than the catalytic converter itself. I'd try to get ahold of a Denso or NGK. I purchased a cheapo downstream O2 sensor on eBay for $18 and so far it's working great. But I wouldn't be surprised if it died.

Advance auto is likely Bosch or Denso or NTK. Either one is fine.
P0141 is bank1 sensor2 which is the downstream sensor that plugs into the CAT.
First, check No.6 ECU(PCM) cruise control fuse. I think this one is for O2 sensor heaters
Next thing is to test resistance between the two same color wires coming out of the O2 sensor which should be 10-40 ohms. If not then the sensor heater is bad.
If the fuse and sensor heater are good then check the voltage across the two pins that the sensor heater wires plug into on the car side. Should be 12V with the car running. If no voltage then you've got issues in the car that will need further troubleshooting.
