more like the seriel number of the part, its supposed to get the id plate transferred from the old trans to new,,,but often a lazy tech wont bother

or old owner wrote date and miles?
How did you learn the date of replacement?

regardless,, your fluid is red in color--thats fine to change
If you had black fluid--that would be way too old to mess with

we have told you the possibles on leakage-
please stop asking and starting cleaning fluid off the car!!!
shift selenoids, trans filter, oil line? axle seals and a few others are possibles,,until you clean off the oil and can watch where it comes from we are just guessing and making you worry

and they were able to tell you it was replaced?
amazing--usually they only find the oil jet kit was done and have no further info,,but you have blue bolts,,,so we know its an acura warranty unit,,partial paid `goodwill` or free is unknown

odd for it to be replaced as freebie at 130,,,unless it went in for oil jet and had the required heat damage to get a free trans

its ok to PM someone-- rather than start a public thread and use space
