noob question about aiming headlight

i have 2002 3.2tl type-s

how do i adjust headlight aiming??

left side is lil lower than right side.

Right behind the headlight housing in the engine compartment, there is a gear screw on each headlight, use a philip screw driver turn it counter clockwise to lower, and clockwise to set it higher.

some have a bolt (dont remember what size though)
You will see a U and D with a arrow inbetween on the plastic trim above the Headlight, the bolt is there

my daughter pointed out how to do the headlight adjusting.

she told me to "click the search button"

does this adjust the high beams also?? or there is no way of adjusting?
