No, don't touch those screws. Just remove the 2 cables. Look at this diy to see how before you remove the throttle body. It's very easy. Just make sure to loosen the proper nut so as not to change the tension on the cables.

DONT remove the throttle body UNLESS you have a new TB gasket.
You can remove he IACV without removing the TB. Or the BEST way is to take the whole intake manifold off and clean the EGR ports while its off

its a heat insulator that lessens heat rising off engine transferring into manifold
Hot air is less dense, burns worse, so we want cooler air,,hence CAI to get outside air to engine

I just replaced the IAC valve last weekend on my '99 3.2 TL. I had to remove the TB and set it on a block of wood, upside down, to get at the 2 screws holding the valve. With a neighbor helping, it took a few good hits of a hammer onto a screwdriver to break the loctite grip. Even then, the screws were very tough, so I can't imagine ever getting them out without removing the TB so you could set it on a hard surface. Otherwise, job was relatively easy.

A cordless impact driver gets them out in a second without damaging the heads.
