Noob beam alignment question

I know this has already been posted somewhere else, however i tried searching the 2nd gen forums to find the thread related to alignment of the HID beams.

I just installed new HID's and the beams are off, right is higher and the left is lower...

Any help on how to align the beams would be appreciated. Picture's would be great.

Again i know this is posted somewhere else, however i was unable to find it.

From: Baja, México.
This was Indeed covered:
You are alright the Passenger Beam MUST BE HIGHER! Than the Drivers Side, this isnt a defect its an Anti-Glare measure demanded by the DOT.

For Aligment use High Beam light as a Reference dont use Lower Beams for Aligment.
Once you have the High Beams correctly aligned the Lower Beams should have an offset (Passenger Higher than Driver´s) this is OK!

diy section for actual setting procedure- heights etc
https://acurazine.com/forums/2g-tl-1999-2003-98/new-official-2nd-gen-tl-diy-thread-706083/

the left is down and in= to not blind oncoming traffic
the right extends farther and slightly right = so you can see pedestrians,
and the lane edge lines -to see a curve coming up in the fog
