Did a search and found a thread where someone had the same problem and had to buy a new clutch assy. for the compressor. Basically when the car has been sitting and I start it up and the a/c kicks on.....the compressor is squeaky/noisy until the car gets warmed up really good. It sounds awful and is annoying. Anything I can spray on it or do I just need to replace it? I know that's what it is because when the compressor cycles on you can hear it, then when it cuts out, it goes away. I hope the bearings in it aren't quitting. I'm sure that's an expensive repair.

 

Sounds like it needs to be repaired or replaced.
