Noise from Front Driver Side
Noise from Front Driver Side
Okay, i have been trying to figure this out for a while now i hope that someone knows what it could be any help could and would be helpfull... I have a 2003 TL (base model) and i am hearing a weird noise from the front driver side of the wheel i have just replaced the rotors and pads BRAND NEW no other side of the car makes this noise except the front driver. I am lowered on F2F got about 5k on them. Its been allingned/balanced not too long ago, about 3-5K miles ago. front passanger tie rod was replaced when suspension was put on. Does anyone know what could be causing this noise (squeeking, grinding, etc.) i am almost CERTAIN its not the brakes, it only makes the noise when slowing down like a bushing/mount is messed up and the weight of the engine is making something grind together? Please someone help!
I thought if its the wheel bearing it would make a noise when the car is accelerating not decelerating? I mean there is no shaking or vibration coming from the wheel when braking so i am guessing not the allingment or balance? Yea and i am 99% sure its not the brakes they are brand new and i have checked the pads 2x and they are wearing evenly and no weird or uneven wear also the rotors are smooth and even when felt with hand.
