I just changed my timing belt and that worked out just fine. However, i started my car afterwards and a "whining" noise is coming from the p/s pump. When I did the timing belt i was sure to not remove any of the hoses for the p/s pump so i don't understand what the problem could be. I checked the p/s fluid after i shut the car off and it appeared to be "milky" and "bubbly" overflowing out of the reservoir.
