No Airflow After Replacing Blower Motor & Air Mix Motor
All,
I'm about to go crazy! So, AC/Heat was working fine, then just stopped working one day. So, replaced the blower motor, and resistor and now the blower motor is blowing just fine. Didn't completely solve the problem, but guys on the thread help me figure out the Air Mix motor was in issue too. So, just replaced the air mix motor today, and yes, still no airflow (it is a little improved, but not blowing like it should).
Good thing is fixing the air mix motor removed the DTC code I, but now I'm getting code G, issue with the blower motor circuit.
Does anyone have any insight into what that entails? Like I said, the blower motor is blowing just fine. All fuses are good, cabin filters are new.
anyone ever had this problem?? I'm almost at wits end...before taking the car to the dealership.

Do the climate control self diagnostics over again and tell us what the fault is.
The code "G" which ya gave is not for a problem with the blower motor circuit.

Yeah, the code "N" indicates a problem with the blower motor, possibly a short or bad connector. Actually, the motor is oftentimes ok.....but the wiring harness connector is melted and causing the real problems. This is a rather common issue that is well documented. Look it over, check for power and swap it out if in doubt !!!

chances are if the blower motor and its resistor both dies, the power connector is on the must replace list!
about 20-25 dollars at acura for the part
