chances are the ps belt tensioner was set too tight and damaged your pump doing the 105
shop is responsible for its replacement, go see the manager and tell them of new noise,,let it be diagnosed and then deal with their liabilty
shops have insurance and a slush fund because this stuff happens,,sorry but it happend to you

one reason to be sure the actual tech working on your car has done many of these TL jobs before..so they know how tight things are supposed to be

let the tech inspect the pump with a mechanics stethascope (everyone should buy one for 5 dollars)
if the bearings in the pump are whining or grinding you have found the problem

assuming install error (happens a LOT) He should cut you a `parts at cost` and cheap labor,, since its a labor error that made you spend more money

if thats occured I would replace the ps tensioner, belt if not new, and the pump--if belt was tight the tensioner took abuse,,replace it now and drive without concern

There have been quite a few on the third gen side who had to replace the ps pump inlet o-ring after timing belt/h2o pump work. Lately, there have been a few on this side as well.
