ok i see my tranny getting worse....its slips really bad so i drive it in ss mode and make sure i rev it high enough so the gears change good....has anyone changed their tranny with a newer model tl tranny or accord or odyssey tranny?if u have plz tell me if it works and what parts will i need to do the swap...i hAve an 02 tls..or can you send me a link of where i can go to get info on this.......thanks for the help

As far as I know there is no specific list of equal swaps. I've heard 2nd gen Odysseys and some later model Accords.

The Odysseys were 3.5l, not sure on the Accords.

Are you looking for a junkyard trans or a reman/rebuilt? I bought one from Willow Creek in SC, found them on ebay. Haven't received it yet, so can't say for sure that they are any good, but for $1395 they offer a 2 yr unlimited mileage warranty.

That's half of what anyone I could get a hold of would charge even just to rebuild mine without warranty.

But it all depends on your area, some bigger cities have more competition.
