Need help with two problems

02 TL-S 104k miles

1st problem) Idle oscillates like the throttle position sensor is out of adjustment. Is there an adjustment on this car? Little black vented thing with a connector next to the throttle body clicks with each oscillation. I unplugged it to see what happens but nothing changed.

2nd problem) Car has road steer to the point my hand gets tired from holding the wheel to keep the car from drifting left or right. New tires, balance, alignment did not fix the problem and the shop says they can't find anything wrong. It also torque steers from lines or bumps in the road.

Thanks for the help

Has there been any repairs or modifications recently?

Are you using an OEM air filter or something aftermarket?

Have you tried rotating your tires recently?

Sorry if the above sounds basic, but you must always start with step one before moving on to other diagnostics.

No repairs, air filter is stock, I mentioned alignment, tires and balance are new. Are there any know issues with the front end like compliance bushings in Gen3?

it's a Front Wheel Drive car...
the front end suspension WILL take a beating.
so, your front end bushings are most likely done...INSPECT them!!!!!!
