Wondering if anyone may have some insight on why I have lost the "voice" operation on my '03 TL Type S with navi. I have checked to make sure the volume hadn't been shut off and is set to high in the settings screen. The volume on the radio will lower on the radio as if the navi voice is coming on and then go back to normal afterwards, like it should, but no voice is heard.

 

Maybe the nav chick took the day off? My best guess would be to just unplug the battery for a bit and let it reset. I would think that everything is plugged in correctly or else the stereo wouldn't mute when the voice is supposed to come on. I have an aftermarket deck , so I'm used to being without the voice.
