ok so i have an 02 tl wit navi...i waited a week for the disk to come in after ordering it and when i put it in i can c the maps but if i try to find directions by putting in the address it just restarts everytime...when i try to find surrounding stores it restarts as well let me know if any of u ran into that problem and if so how did you fix it

no i got it from ebay...but when i hit maps it works and i can c where im going but i cant program routes or anything

 

Did you already have the trunk-mounted DVD player or is that new also?

If the player is not new, did your navigation system work before installing the new disc?

Are you sure that you bought the correct disc for your TL?

What is the version number on the disc?

Is it a black disc?
