I dont know much about cars and i keep reading about the tranny issues we have for our cars and i keep seeing that it has a problem with the 3rd gear.. well my opinion is if we replace our clutches with an aftermarket clutch or racing clutch or whatever do you guys think that our tranny problem would be gone since it is replaced with a more race inspired aftermarket clutch that could take more beating??? i dunno what im talking about but it seems logical to me if our tranny has problems with the gears.. has anyone tried doing this? and did it seem to work? just my 2 cents

 

well as far as any one knows no one makes performance clutch packs for our cars. 2nd if they did they still wouldnt hold up to the heat that it produces. its a design problem of the tranny, and unless there is a complete redesign of the tranny there is no fix.
