Moon roof, grease and noise

I was searching this weekend and could not find any details on what type of grease to use on the tracks of my moon roof.

Details:
For the last few months it's been making a little more noise when opening and closing. It looked fine. Track was clean but the grease as very dry.

I looked into it in my service manual but there was no 'type' of grease mention.

Here's what I did:
I wiped the track clean and added a synthetic grease with Teflon (white grease) to the track. Moved the moon roof back & forth about a dozen times to work in the grease.

I noted that there was a silver 'stopper' on each side that was lose. I put grease around it and gently tightened the screw for each. Open and close it slowly to ensure I didn't break something.

Result:
My moon roof is quieter and the motor doesn't seem to be straining as much.

I'll report back if any problems develop over time.
